If you are looking for a highly professional, versatile, customizable caterer for your event - look no further than Toast! They had a lot of flexibility, such as allowing us to do "half and half" options for our entrée and side choice. Alicia handled the communication expertly both with us and the other vendors. Their process for setting up the buffet and flipping the ceremony space was well-planned and seamless. We had some special requests, such as pre-packaging leftovers for us for both the entrees and appetizers, and this was executed flawlessly. We loved enjoying them for days to come! The food itself was also outstanding - some standouts were the pesto tortellini, miso salmon, chicken waffle appetizer, and filet mignon bruschetta. Many, many guests were coming back for seconds. Lastly, the tasting process was truly a VIP experience. Served in a private kitchen, at the chef's table, with plenty left over to take home. Toast is 5 stars, top of the line, enough said!

As a planner, I have worked with a lot of different catering teams...and my goodness Toast really stands out in my books!! Martin and his team were amazing! They really paid close attention to my details and documents that I shared and they were always around to try and lend a hand to my team and I. Toasts team is amazing! I am a wedding coordinator and worked with them at an event yesterday and I was so impressed. I've worked with several full service caterers and some really stand out more than others and toasts team is one of those. I wish I could remember all the ways they nailed it and went above and beyond but I know the main reason was because of the service manager Martin. That man is a gem! I overheard several comments he made that to his team that focused on attention to detail, quality and guest experience. He was not only super professional and kind but he was also just so great to work with. Great personality and work ethic. All the staff from kitchen, to servers,to bartenders just really did so well. I also absolutely appreciated them all taking care of the couple, the guests, AND of our vendor team.  I hope to refer them to other couples.

Truly a World Class Business!! Catering and event management is a challenging field given all the variables involved. We had planned an event at home which was supposed to be outside. The weather was a challenge and we were not sure if we had to move it inside last minute which was causing a lot of anxiety. Martin and the team showed up early and were classy, cool, efficient, flexible, and focused on making sure that everyone had a wonderful time. The event went off perfectly and everyone was very appreciative. Tito the bartender was awesome. They even shared some pizza of theirs with me. I could not be more complimentary of this business.

Alicia was our main contact in organizing a corporate event. Pedro was our caterer for the day of the event, and he was THE BEST! Kind, willing to help, with great attention to detail. Food was delicious, the whole team kept commenting on how tasty it was. Highly recommend, thank you so much!

Wow! Alicia did an amazing job catering our wedding weekend. It all started with the tastings - her food was excellent, presented in a very relaxed no-pressure environment. She was the 3rd (of 5) we tried, and we were pretty certain we were going to proceed with her after the tasting, .... but since the process is fun (and we had already booked & paid for the other tastings), continuing with the last two only solidified our decision. In the intervening months, she prompt and thorough in responding to the occasional questions we had, and she was flexible in scheduling for site visits to the wedding venue, to our home (for a brunch she catered the following day), and to two rental locations for linens, silverware, etc. The actual day of was perfect - she handled a number of food allergies and restrictions without any issue, the food we had was amazing, and we also heard the same from many of our guests: several commented to us that night or the following day on how great it was, and one wrote us afterward "The food was Out of the World - best wedding dinner I've ever had." Alicia's bartenders did a great job keeping everyone lubricated, including with two specialty cocktails we requested. And she also packed up some the leftovers for us to enjoy for the next few days; our only regret is that we didn't get any leftover wedding cake! The following day, she set up for brunch at our home, and similarly great food. But - since in this case the venue was ours - I can also add that, when they cleaned up at the end of the event, the place was spotless; they even walked the perimeter of our property to make sure no paper napkins or food debris etc. had ended up where it shouldn't. And several of our guests commented on how friendly the staff was. What more can I say? We're glad we went with Alicia!

I have done many functions and worked with lots of caterers and venues. With that being said, I've had my share of issues with staffing, poor service and mediocre food. My standards are pretty high and my expectations were blown away. Alicia and her team were professional, fun and one step ahead on every detail. The food was phenomenal - ALL of it!!! Thank you for making our holiday party a huge success. You made me look good! Do not hesitate. I look forward to working with Alicia and Toast in the future!

Alicia was amazing to work with and helped us curate our individually-boxed catering menu for both my bridal shower and our wedding. She was reliable, available, and flexible. She was prepared with ideas and answers to our questions to help us choose the best options for our occasions. Alicia went above and beyond in recommending a custom-print tote bag vendor and providing us the dimensions of the boxed food so we could wow our guests. She even put together activities and goodies for our guests with children. The presentation and quality of food was excellent - everything was delicious and held up well in the containers. Friends, Family, and especially the Bride & Groom greatly enjoyed all of the food. Highly recommend Toast!!

I booked Toast Catering for our intimate backyard wedding dinner. I reached out to Alicia 2 weeks before our date and she made it so easy! Due to the pandemic, we had to pivot our " reception" plans. Alicia was extremely professional and easy to communicate with. I really needed some guidance and she was there every step. We were able to lock down the menu and all of the rental details with toast. I can wholeheartedly say, our wedding day wouldn't have been the same without the toast catering staff. Walter, Mam, Carlos And Micy were exceptional! They handled all of the setup and completely transformed our backyard space. I forgot to leave instructions with the florals, candles, vases etc and they executed my vision without even knowing it! They even setup the fire pit! My family and I were ecstatic and couldn't have envisioned a better night. The FOOD was so delicious! Everything was pretty much a highlight...ahi tuna, scallops, lamb, filet mignon, corvina! I can't recommend this team enough!
